Always in contact with people, Javier studied Computer Engineering and Business Studies, specializing in Business Development, Team Management, and Corporate Leadership within the Healthcare sector. From the beginning of his professional career, he has been connected to Sales, Marketing, and Product departments, maintaining a highly strategic and analytical perspective—both of the industry itself and of the complex, demanding structure of large multinationals such as ZEISS, Bausch & Lomb, and Essilor Luxottica, where he developed much of his professional career. He has also led subsidiaries in the pharmaceutical sector such as SIFI (FAES Group) and Ophtec.
Specialized in team management and business analysis, Javier always seeks alternative perspectives to provide different solutions to all kinds of challenges, achieving excellent results thanks to the diversity and methodology he applies.
