Marvin Schuster has been part of ISG Personalmanagement GmbH since 2026. He is known for his ambition, discipline, and open-minded character. With strong communication skills, he enjoys working with people and has a natural ability to recognize potential. Alongside his professional role, he studies Business Administration & Business Psychology to continuously expand his expertise.
Outside of work, he has played football his entire life, an experience that shaped his mindset, consistency, and commitment. He also values traveling and discovering new cultures and perspectives, which continuously broadens his way of thinking and interacting with others.
