Ms. Lanzi was born in Lübeck and discovered her passion for executive search many years ago. With over 10 years of solid experience working for international leaders in the executive search industry, Ms. Lanzi has built a vast network of candidates and clients. Her clients range from small and medium-sized enterprises to publicly traded global market leaders across a wide variety of industries. She has a broad recruitment background with a focus on specialist and leadership positions in finance, human resources, procurement, IT, and sales.
Her passion is always finding the “perfect match” and connecting companies and candidates in a long-term and sustainable way.
