With over 15 years of Human Resources experience across both local and multinational pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies, I bring a deep understanding of HR strategy and operations. I specialise in fast-paced, high-volume environments that require agility, advanced analytics, and people-centered solutions.
My academic background includes Bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Management Information Systems (MIS), alongside a Master’s in Organizational Behaviour. This unique foundation enables me to seamlessly bridge the gap between AI and the digital side of HR with the nuances of human behaviour.

- Greenfield HR Operations: Successfully established full-scale HR functions from scratch for a major manufacturing corporation and two high-growth start ups.
- M&A & Integration: Led the end-to-end HR merger and integration processes for two pharmaceutical Companies (one local, one multinational).
- Global Systems Alignment: Twice spearheaded the local alignment of global reward, performance, training, and talent management systems to ensure local compliance and global consistency.
- Global Stakeholder Management: Driven cultural transformation initiatives while reporting directly to global leaders in France, Italy, Switzerland, and Abu Dhabi.
- AI& Digital Transformation: Twice led the “People” workstream for S/4HANA programs; implemented SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, and HR AI chatbots.
- Financial & Technical Leadership: Managed HR budgets accounting for 70% of the P&L; utilized Python, Power BI, and RPA to build sophisticated forecasting models and digital reporting ecosystems.
