Sinem Karadağ is a graduate of Marmara University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, and is a professional with experience in human resources, consulting, and business development.
Throughout her career, she has worked across various sectors including services, automotive, chemical, and education-consulting, gaining hands-on experience in multiple human resources functions. She specializes particularly in recruitment and selection, talent acquisition, customer relationship management, and organizational development.
She believes that success in business is built on trust-based relationships and strong communication. She prioritizes building sustainable, transparent, and long-term collaborations with candidates, clients, and business partners. With a people-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a solution-driven mindset, she plays an effective bridging role among different stakeholders.
Today, she continues her work at ISG International Service Group, combining her expertise in human resources with a business development perspective to deliver result-oriented and value-creating solutions that support organizations’ growth objectives.
