Biography
Greta Borchhardt has been working in Recruiting at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH since 2026. Alongside her role, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization & Strategy, building on an interdisciplinary background in Political Science and Behavioral Biology. This combination has shaped her analytical approach sparked a genuine interest in how people can grow within organizations.
She is particularly drawn to the human side of recruitment—understanding individual motivations, recognizing potential and connecting the right people with organizations where they can thrive. Greta values respectful communication, reliability and building lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.
Outside of work, Greta enjoys hiking and mountaineering in the Alps. She appreciates the combination of careful preparation, sound judgment and perseverance that every mountain tour demands—qualities she also brings to her professional life.
