Biography
Cornelia Holzbauer is a Managing Partner at ISG, bringing ten years of international experience in journalism, communications, and entrepreneurship to executive search and recruitment. As a freelance journalist, she works with Austrian and international media, with a focus on education, health, and lifestyle. As Vice President of a New York-based PR agency, she spent seven years advising companies and brands in the real estate and technology sectors, building teams and personally executing recruitment and hiring.
Today, she supports companies across industries in identifying and recruiting specialists and executives. She combines her background in communications and entrepreneurship with an international perspective and a strong understanding of people, organizations, and their individual needs.
Cornelia has deep roots in Germany and Austria and lived for eight years in New York, one year in Australia, and one in South America. She studied Publishing at the University of Vienna and Magazine & Digital Storytelling at New York University.
