Thomas Zagler is a Managing Partner at ISG specializing in Executive Search and International Recruitment, with a particular focus on cross-border assignments across Europe and Asia.
Having spent more than 30 years living and working in Southeast Asia, Thomas brings extensive first-hand knowledge of the region as well as a deep understanding of different business and leadership cultures. His particular regional expertise lies in Southeast Asia, while ISG’s international network enables him to manage search and recruitment assignments across a much wider range of markets.
Over the course of his career, Thomas has built and led companies and organizations ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to businesses with more than 2,000 employees. As a founder, business owner and CEO, he has been responsible for building management teams, hiring senior leaders and key specialists, and developing international organizations through different stages of growth.
This operating background shapes his approach to Executive Search and Recruitment. A successful appointment is not simply about matching qualifications to a job description.
