Biography
Florian Handle studied Technical Chemistry at TU Wien, completing both his master’s degree and doctorate with distinction. He combines scientific and technical expertise with hands-on business leadership and international management experience.
His career has taken him from research and development at Fundermax to heading innovation, quality and environmental management at Villas Austria, followed by senior product management and marketing roles at BMI Austria. In these positions, he led multidisciplinary teams and helped develop products, business processes and organisations.
Since 2021, he has served as Managing Director of handle medical GmbH, transforming a traditional trading business into a technology-focused supplier of medical devices and point-of-care diagnostics. As a state-certified business consultant and lecturer, he complements his leadership experience with consulting and professional training. Connecting people, technology and commercial objectives is central to his approach.
