Biography
Criss Grape is Managing Partner of ISG Personalmanagement GmbH in Munich/Garmisch.
Born in Munich, she trained as an industrial clerk and then worked for six years in various functions in the HR department of a Munich-based DAX company. She then took on a key role in a renowned asset management company in South Africa, where she was responsible for HR management and set up efficient communication structures for business relationships with companies in the countries of southern Africa.
Back in Germany, she initially founded her own export company. Due to her many years of experience abroad, Ms. Grape also took on various sales and management positions in consumer goods and lifestyle companies.
She has been working as an independent entrepreneur again since 2014 and has joined ISG. In addition to comprehensive HR services, she advises national and international clients on the optimal search strategy for specialists and executives in Germany and abroad. She is also a successful partner of the international recruiter network NPA and specializes in the identification and recruitment of executives and specialists for well-known foreign companies in Germany as well as for German companies abroad (APAC, USA, MEA).
For her, personnel consulting means bringing people and companies into harmony – not simply finding the “best”, but the “right” people who really fit the task, culture and vision of the company.
