Simon Leissinger

Biography

Simon Leissinger holds a degree in Business Administration. Following his graduation, his professional career took him to various countries, where he gained extensive experience in international business environments.

Early in his career, he discovered his passion for executive search and personnel consulting. Bringing companies and talented professionals together in a sustainable, long-term way has remained at the core of his work ever since. He firmly believes that people are the most important success factor in every organization and that sustainable growth can only be achieved with the right talent.

During his time at ISG, Simon successfully established the company’s office in Spain and built an international Technology Recruiting Hub, which today supports ISG offices worldwide in recruiting IT and technology professionals.

Since 2020, Simon has served as Managing Director of ISG Germany. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s strategic development and for implementing ISG’s international growth strategy. His key priorities include sustainable business growth, proactive business development, and the continuous expansion of long-term client relationships.

What’s equally important to him, is fostering an open, collaborative, and appreciative corporate culture. He is convinced that lasting business success, innovation, and long-term client satisfaction are built on trust, personal responsibility, teamwork, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
