Şenay Turan İslam started working at ISG as a partner for Practice Group Logistics, helping companies and international corporations to search, select and onboard specialists and managers. She has also developed performance systems for our clients.
She brings over two decades of managerial experience in large national and international organizations in the logistics field and corporate financial service business. She can make a significant impact by her analytical and strategic approach, improving companies’ effectiveness and efficiency through her understanding that all situations are unique and therefore need situational attention and agile solutions.
She has held managerial, in-house consultancy roles and developed deep experience and expertise in:
- Strategic planning
- Sales planning
- Budget preparation and monitoring
- Determination of effective performance indicators for all sales channels
- Creation of scorecards and incentive systems
- Customer segmentation
- Pricing & profitability analyses
- Data analytics, CRM
- Establishing management reporting systems.
Şenay has established systems during her professional life and managed change processes. She has contributed to the increase in performance and efficiency of sales teams and thus the achievement of companies’ targets by developing sales performance management, reporting and incentive systems.
She graduated from the Department of Economics at Boğaziçi University, a leading university in Turkey, in 1997.
