Preliminary interview: 1 hour with HR or Manager
- Concretion of the frame conditions and factors in relation to mobile working in the company (company guidelines, technical equipment, etc.)
- Analysis of the initial situation and current conditions, as well as knowledge and needs of the employees
- Joint determination of the main focus and coordination of the workshop content
-> Dispatch of preliminary questionnaire
Workshop „SMART Working – effectivey & efficiently“ – Key Topics
- Tips & Tricks for an ergonomic design of the workplace (Home Office)
- Creation of a low-stimulus environment to enable concentrated and focused work
- Creating an effective working day in the home office or mobile workplace:
-> Planning activities, setting priorities, organizing breaks, dealing with disturbances - Conduct virtual meetings effectively and efficiently
- Self-motivation and focus: mental exercises and strategies
- Discussing challenges in the implementation and development of possibilities for action
- Exchange of experience
Sustainability: 1 hour with HR or Manager
- Reflection of the implementation success
- Discussion of possible measures to strengthen and ensure sustainability
Methodology:
- Short & concise impulses on theory and methodology, dynamic development of the topics in virtual space
- Exchange within the group
- Development of possible courses of action for rapid implementation into practice
