Biography
ISG Managing Partner Thomas Königsbauer studied business administration at the Universities of Passau in Germany and Lund in Sweden. He has more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, corporate management, and international business development.
He assumed leadership responsibilities in international sales early in his career. As an export manager and later as a member of the executive board of domestic companies and foreign subsidiaries, he gained extensive experience in establishing and developing international markets in the consumer goods and manufacturing industries.
Thomas Königsbauer has been an independent entrepreneur since 2014. As an ISG Managing Partner, he brings his many years of practical business experience and international leadership expertise to bear in advising his clients. His areas of focus include executive search, recruiting, and filling leadership and sales positions. He is particularly distinguished by his deep understanding of business requirements and his extensive international network.
