Ahmed Kamal El Nabarawy is the Managing Partner of ISG Egypt, leading the company’s technology outsourcing, recruitment, and executive search operations across Egypt and the wider EMEA region. With more than 20 years of experience spanning technology, business leadership, and international market expansion, he has built a strong reputation for connecting organizations with top-tier talent and scalable workforce solutions.
Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Ahmed combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise gained from working across 16 countries and delivering Centers of Excellence and technology transformation initiatives for multinational organizations. His extensive experience across both Europe and the Middle East uniquely positions him as a trusted bridge between the two regions, helping companies navigate cultural, commercial, and operational differences while accelerating growth.
Throughout his career, Ahmed has successfully established and scaled multiple delivery centers in Cairo, enabling multinational clients to access high-quality talent, optimize costs, and build sustainable nearshore and offshore delivery capabilities supporting Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics, combined with his expertise in executive search, talent acquisition, and workforce strategy, allows him to support organizations in building high-performing teams that drive long-term business success.
