After working in marketing for a couple of years, Alfred transitioned into a career in talent acquisition in 2001. Throughout his corporate recruiting career, Alfred has partnered with senior leadership teams aligning talent acquisition strategy with business growth initiatives, helping organizations accelerate hiring velocity while improving workforce quality and retention outcomes.
