Biography
As Managing Partner at ISG, Aly Youssef brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across multinational technology and distribution organizations in the Middle East and EMEA region.
Prior to joining executive search, he held senior leadership positions with global technology companies, including Microsoft and Hewlett Packard, as well as regional and international businesses, gaining first-hand experience in building teams, developing leaders, and driving organizational performance.
Having spent much of his career as a hiring manager and business leader, Aly Youssef understands the challenges organizations face when identifying and attracting exceptional leadership talent. His experience enables him to engage credibly with both clients and candidates, combining commercial insight with a practical understanding of leadership, organizational dynamics, and executive decision-making.
