Ana holds a Double Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid. During her academic journey, she had the opportunity to complete an international experience in Vienna, where she developed a strong interest in multicultural environments and broadened her perspective on business, communication, and people management.
Ana is currently part of the ISG team, where she specializes in talent acquisition and executive search across different industries. In her role, she manages recruitment processes from end to end, working closely with both clients and candidates to ensure an efficient, transparent, and high-quality experience throughout the entire hiring process.
She is particularly passionate about building meaningful relationships and understanding the unique needs of every individual and organization she works with. Ana stands out for her proactive approach, dedication, and ability to connect with people.
