Anja Odenthal supports mid-sized companies in appointing managing directors and filling key leadership positions. Her particular focus is on Executive Search and Leadership Advisory in business succession situations – especially when an external managing director is needed to safeguard and successfully develop an entrepreneur’s legacy.
Having served as a managing director and shareholder herself, she understands entrepreneurial responsibility, transformation and succession first-hand. Her approach combines a precise understanding of the mandate, targeted direct search and well-founded assessment with a clear focus on personality, corporate culture and long-term fit.
Her sector experience includes Retail & Consumer Goods, Luxury & Lifestyle, and Financial Services. As a systemic business coach, she also supports executives and companies in Leadership Development, Onboarding and Outplacement.
