Biography

Bart Ilnicki, M.A. is Managing Partner for Florida at ISG-Americas®, leading executive search and recruiting across the state from Miami. Born and raised in Poland, Bart built the first part of his career across European recruitment markets. He holds a Master’s degree from Europe and is now completing an Executive MBA in Miami, due to graduate in December – a deliberate step combining twenty-five years of operator experience with a sharper strategic and financial framework for the work ahead.

Over more than twenty-five years, Bart has built talent pipelines, strategic partnerships, and cross-border recruitment programs connecting European and U.S. markets. At his core, he is a sales-led recruiter – someone who has spent his entire career closing senior placements, building client relationships, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. He still loves the work today as much as he did on day one.

His approach is practical, relationship-driven, and deeply international. Bart runs his Americas and global operations from Miami – bilingual in English and Polish, with a transatlantic perspective on every search.
