Biography

Carla Moreira brings with her a long-year experience as Founder and Managing Director of an Executive search- and recruiting consultancy specializing in leadership positions across Latin America and the United States.

With a solid career in Executive search and recruiting, Carla has led strategic projects for companies in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and the U.S., having successfully managed searches for key roles such as CEO, CFO and VP. Her approach is known for being highly consultative, combining deep market insight with a robust professional network.

Carla is recognized for her ability to identify talent that aligns with her clients’ culture and business goals, contributing to the strengthening of leadership within the organizations she serves. She also provides strategic support in succession planning, organizational structure, and leadership development, acting as a trusted partner during times of transformation and growth.

She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering at UFRJ, an MBA in Business Management at FGV, a Postgraduate degree in Finance, and certification in Integral Systemic Coaching at Febracis – which brings together a strategic, technical, financial, and human perspective. She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
