Biography
Having Joined ISG in June 2026 as a Consultant Partner for the ISG offices in Turkey. Mr. Cem Günaltay has 30 years of international leadership experience in the Healthcare & Life Sciences, MedTech, and in the Industry sectors. Previously he managed large teams up to 1600 employees in as General Manager and Board Member for major Global fortune 500 corporations. He comes to consultancy with an extensive practical know how and experience to support our clients.
His strong expertise, leading large organizations through growth, transformation, operational excellence, and investment programs. He directed major strategic initiatives involving manufacturing expansion, digital transformation, operational restructuring, and organizational development. His achievements include establishing greenfield manufacturing facilities, executing large investments, doubling production capacity through automation and operational excellence, and strengthening global supply capabilities for international markets.
His unique combination of executive leadership, financial expertise, operational excellence, and board-level governance will support organizations in addressing their most critical business challenges.
Cem Günaltay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Bilkent University and has completed executive leadership programs at Babson College and the University of St. Gallen.
