Conscelia “Connie” Madumo is a Senior Executive Search, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Consultant with more than 20 years of experience identifying, sourcing, and placing high-impact
leaders across diverse industries including Finance, FMCG, Mining, Technology, and Energy. She
specializes in leadership recruitment and strategic talent acquisition, partnering with organizations to
build strong, future-ready teams that drive sustainable growth. Her experience covers the regions of
Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, the Middle-East, and South-East Asia.
Throughout her career, Connie has developed deep expertise in executive search, talent mapping, and
recruitment strategy development, with a strong focus on connecting exceptional individuals to
meaningful career opportunities.
Currently completing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science through the University of South
Africa, Connie combines practical industry insight with a people-centred approach to executive search,
selection and talent development.
