Biography
Diego Valdés is a lawyer, strategic consultant and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience leading companies and advising organizations in growth, transformation and strategic decision-making processes.
He began his professional career in finance and consulting, gaining extensive experience in capital markets, business analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory. He later moved into executive management positions, leading specialized companies for more than twenty years and driving business development, innovation and expansion projects.
Diego combines a strong entrepreneurial mindset with deep knowledge of the legal, financial and technological challenges faced by modern organizations.
His multidisciplinary academic background —MBA from IE Business School, Law Degree from the University of Seville and Philosophy Degree from UNED— provides him with a unique approach combining strategic thinking, analytical skills, leadership and a strong understanding of people and organizations.
