Dražen Eldić

Biography

Dražen Eldić has more than 20 years of leadership experience in international retail, with a strong background in sales, operations, expansion, recruitment and leadership development. He held senior management roles across several West Balkan markets, led large teams, opened more than 150 stores and developed high-performing managers across multiple countries.

At ISG Croatia, Dražen focuses on executive search, recruitment and business development, especially in retail, sales, operations, construction and management positions. He speaks Croatian, English and German.
