Dr. Eva Becker holds a PhD in Technical Chemistry and combines technical expertise with more than 20 years of experience in industry, science, leadership, education, and organizational development. Through her work in international, technology-driven companies, she has gained a profound understanding of people, processes, competencies, and corporate culture.
She supports organizations in filling specialist and executive positions, as well as in development, transformation, and succession processes. A particular focus of her work is knowledge management and competency retention. Through structured knowledge transfer and handover processes, she helps companies sustainably preserve know-how, accelerate transitions, and shorten onboarding periods.
As a trainer, coach, and organizational development consultant, she supports leaders and teams in successfully implementing change, developing potential, and achieving sustainable results. Her training and workshop concepts combine current insights from neurobiology, learning theory, Human Systems Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence with solid methodological expertise in quality management, process optimization, and efficiency improvement.
