Biography
Mag. rer. nat. Franz Trawniczek studied Mathematics and Descriptive Geometry at the Technical University of Vienna (TU Wien). After completing his thesis at the Institute of Photonics and Microelectronics, he spent several years conducting research at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at TU Wien, focusing on laser ignition systems.
Subsequently, he assumed the role of Managing Director for a branch of Lernquadrat. Following several successful years, he took over the management of another location of the same brand. In this capacity, he gained the essential skills required to address various issues related to personnel management and leadership. Simultaneously, he attended lectures on project and process management, simulation, as well as leadership and organization.
In 2025, he transitioned to ISG, bringing his extensive expertise to a diverse range of projects and industries.
