Biography
Helmuth Schleinzer, MBA is an experienced executive with extensive hands-on expertise in sales, general management, and organizational development, with a clear industry focus on transportation, logistics, and automotive. In his roles as Sales Director and Managing Director, he was responsible for building and further developing sales organizations, key account management, and the digitalization of sales and logistics processes.
His proven achievements include, among other things, successfully growing a company from a one-person operation into a high-performing organization with two locations and more than 20 sales partners, as well as significantly scaling revenue and market position to become the market leader in Austria. In more recent positions, he led teams with substantial revenue responsibility, negotiated at eye level with OEMs, and implemented effective measures to further develop both the portfolio and service offering.
The topic of people & organization has accompanied him since the beginning of his career: the selection, development, and leadership of employees now form the core of his work. As a Managing Partner, Helmuth Schleinzer supports companies in Austria and abroad in identifying and filling key positions within the Transport & Logistics sector group.
