Biography
Ignacio Topete studied Psychology at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid where he discovered his interest in human resources, and later completed a master’s degree in Work Organization and Human Resources Management at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. After his studies, he entered the human resources sector where he began to work and apply learned theory to the real world. Currently, he is a Recruitment Consultant specializing for the last three years in the selection of IT profiles, acquiring knowledge about the functioning of the IT sector and helping companies and candidates through the recruitment process to find the solution that best suits their needs.
