A Chemical Engineer by training (METU, 1993), İlker Volkan Uygun spent almost 30 years optimizing logistics, trading, and supply chain operations for major players like Tüpraş, BP and Turkish Opet. From managing shipping fleets to overseeing substantial P&L budgets, he understands that business success relies on efficiency and reliability.
Today, he applies this operational expertise to the world of Executive Search and Recruitment. He possesses a natural affinity for sales processes and business development, allowing him to partner with clients to identify top-tier talent that drives growth.
