
Biography
Ege University graduate İmren Oğuz completed her undergraduate studies in Economics and her master’s degree in Psychology at the same institution.
During her graduate studies, she conducted a project titled “Women in Business Life and the Challenges They Face”. She places great importance on raising awareness regarding gender equality and diversity in the workplace.
She has gained extensive experience in recruitment, training, organizational development, and performance management processes within multinational companies. Throughout her career, she has led projects involving employee engagement assessment, suggestion system implementation, performance management system design and administration, strengthening internal communication tools, and integrating online learning platforms. In addition to her industrial and corporate experience, she has been contributing as a Recruitment Consultant/Partner since 2020.
Holding a Professional Coaching certification from Erickson International, she continues to actively provide coaching services. She has also completed Assessor training within the scope of Assessment Center methodologies and supports both individuals and organizations in their development journeys.
Her areas of sector expertise include manufacturing, industrial production, and technology, while her functional expertise primarily focuses on technical roles. She adds value to organizations by managing recruitment processes ranging from specialist-level positions to executive leadership roles.
Driven by her greatest passion — “understanding people” — İmren’s vision is to contribute to helping individuals build lives aligned with their own meaning and purpose.
