Biography

Jimena Hurtado, MBA, is a client engagement, commercial Executive Search and Talent Acquisition leader. She has experience working with senior leaders internal/ external stakeholders across multiple sectors including Consulting Services, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Outsourcing Solutions facilitating company growth and expansion.

As Managing Partner at ISG Americas, Jimena works across multiple industries and verticals in the US and Latam finding exceptional Executive Bilingual Talent to support companies in their growth strategies.

With 20 plus years’ experience working in Recruitment Agency Leadership, Executive Recruitment, Management Consulting, Career Transitioning, General Management and internal Corporate Recruitment. Jimena has brought fresh perspectives, market insights and influencing skills building sustainable high performing teams and businesses. She has led several highly commercial and talent acquisition projects, including start-ups, and realising operational strategies that increased their competitive advantage.

Jimena has held Recruitment Leadership and Commercial roles in the Pharmaceutical, Device and Biotech industries, Venture Capital, Management Consulting, Consulting Services and Renewable Energy/Solar industries. She has supported many individuals, teams and organisational leaders during her tenure helping them to exceed performance targets through her pro-active consultative, coaching and mentoring leadership style.

Her expertise extends beyond Recruitment Leadership – including General Management, Executive Coaching and Career transitioning.

An experienced leader who had worked across the US, Australia and Latam with cross-cultural exposure and understanding of different workforce models and environments. She is a strong advocate for Diversity and Inclusion and Human Centred Design

Jimena presents with a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies from the Australian Institute of Business.
