Dr. Joseph Ruiz began his career serving in the United States Military, where he developed foundational leadership skills. Following military service, he transitioned to performing internal audits for a Fortune 1000 company before joining a global recruiting organization where he delivered consulting and project-based engagements. His talents led to promotion as a division managing director for a global recruiting firm focused on executive search.

As a seasoned executive search practitioner, trusted leadership advisor, and certified executive coach, Dr. Ruiz built, scaled, and ultimately exited several executive search, staffing, and consulting firms. Through these ventures, he partnered with myriad growth-focused organizations and leaders to drive transformational business outcomes, catalyze performance breakthroughs, and cultivate exceptional leadership capabilities that fundamentally reshaped organizational trajectories.

As a SHRM-Certified Senior HR Professional, Dr. Ruiz served as CEO of a fast-growing outsourced HR consultancy providing comprehensive services including compliance, employee relations, investigations, payroll, and strategic HR functions.
