Biography
I combine international HR leadership experience with the foundation of a career as a military officer.
After graduating from the Theresian Military Academy in Wiener Neustadt and serving with the Austrian Armed Forces, including an international mission with the United Nations, I transitioned into the private sector in 2017.
Since then, I have held international HR leadership positions with strategic business partner responsibilities across diverse industries and global organizations.
My military background has fundamentally shaped my leadership approach: clarity, accountability, structured execution and the ability to lead teams confidently under challenging circumstances. Today, these qualities enable me to build high-performing organizations, strengthen corporate cultures and support leaders and teams through transformation and change.
