Biography
Since 2024, Luca Binder has been part of the ISG team as an HR Assistant, bringing a wide range of practical experiences to the role. After graduating from HAK, he gained valuable insights through his work as a course instructor at VHS, as a cook at The Roots, and during an internship at Austrotherm GmbH.
Currently, he is further expanding his knowledge with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with a focus on Physical Education and Geography.
In his free time, Luca enjoys playing football for SV Schattendorf, traveling to explore new cultures, and reading to educate himself and relax. His motto, “You vs You”, reflects his belief that the greatest competition in life is with oneself – always striving for improvement.
With his determined and focused approach, Luca ensures that HR processes at ISG run smoothly and efficiently.
