Biography
Lucía Adrián graduated in Psychology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and, since joining ISG, has focused her career on human resources consultancy, specializing in the search and selection of international profiles.
At ISG, she manages end-to-end recruitment processes: from requirements gathering and client alignment through to talent identification and attraction, offer negotiation, and candidate support throughout the entire process. Her ability to gain a deep understanding of each organization’s needs allows her to design precise and tailored recruitment solutions for every project.
She is known for maintaining open and ongoing communication with clients, ensuring at all times that the process is moving in the right direction and that the expectations of both parties remain aligned. Lucía places particular emphasis on providing a close and personalized experience, always seeking the right balance between the organization’s objectives and the expectations of the candidates she supports.
