Lukas Leitl has been working as a Recruiter at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH since 2026. In his role, he combines solid academic knowledge from his studies in Business and Socioeconomics at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien with a genuine passion for working with people.
He is particularly driven by the dynamic nature of recruiting as the interface between companies and candidates. Lukas has a keen ability to identify individual potential and align it with the needs of modern organizations. He places great importance on respectful and appreciative interactions, as well as on authentic and transparent communication throughout the entire recruitment process.
