Biography
With experience, empathy and entrepreneurial vision, Angelina Deutsch has been supporting companies and organizations in the areas of human resources, organizational development, process optimization and communication as a consultant and project manager for over 25 years – always with the aim of creating viable, sustainable solutions together. She joined ISG with the aim of providing even more holistic support to companies in the HR sector.
She grew up in Hanover and completed her academic education (Communication Sciences, Master of Business Administration) in Germany, Great Britain and Austria. Angelina Deutsch has a broad background of experience in industry, services, trade and e-commerce. Her long-standing clients include companies from the packaging, media, publishing, IT services, culture and events sectors. She is currently working on projects in Germany and Austria
What sets her apart is her ability to grasp complex situations quickly, create structures and take people with her. She combines strategic thinking with operational implementation strength. Her approach is characterized by clarity, commitment and interdisciplinary cooperation. She assumes responsibility, whether as a sparring partner for management, operational implementer or interim manager in key roles.
