Marta Ornelas is a Senior Managing Partner at ISG International Service Group, acting as a strategic Human Resources partner. She brings solid experience in HR leadership, organisational development and change management, having worked in multicultural and complex organisational environments.
Throughout her professional career in Portugal, Mozambique and Angola, she has held senior management and advisory roles across the private, public and non-profit sectors, with a strong focus on strategic recruitment, talent management, labour relations, compensation and benefits, union negotiations and organisational transformation.
Known for her human-centred and results-driven approach, she operates at the intersection of strategy, people and organisational culture, supporting leaders and organisations in building engaged, resilient and high-performing teams.
At ISG, she contributes to the firm’s growth through the development of strategic partnerships, close client engagement and the delivery of tailored Human Resources solutions aligned with global market demands.
Marta Ornelas holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Coimbra and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organisational Behaviour. She is currently pursuing doctoral research in labour relations, social inequalities and trade unionism.
