Biography

Mr. Schülein holds degrees in Precision Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) and Industrial Engineering and Management (Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing.). He began his professional career in the development of custom machinery for the semiconductor and automotive industries.

For more than 30 years, he has held leadership positions in quality management – over 20 of them with direct managerial responsibility, most recently as an interim manager. As an internationally experienced quality expert with proven implementation skills in both corporate and mid-sized structures, Mr. Schülein specializes in quality and process optimization in mechanical and manufacturing equipment engineering.

His focus is on complex quality-related projects in international and multicultural environments – with assignments in Germany, across Europe, the USA, Israel and India.
His strong analytical capabilities, coupled with a distinct sense of quality, a hands-on mentality, and a systems-thinking approach to business processes, make Mr. Schülein a sought-after sparring partner at the C-level.
