Biography
Nicole Eigner is a Managing Partner at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH in Frankfurt/Rhein-Main with extensive expertise in talent acquisition, headhunting, and executive search.
After completing her studies in Human Resources Management and International Management at Kempten University of Applied Sciences and the University of Vic in Spain, Nicole Eigner gained extensive international experience. She began her career in human resources at DaimlerChrysler in Poland and subsequently held various HR positions, including roles at Roche Diagnostics, American Express, and Imperial Brands. Her career path took her across Europe, shaping her intercultural competence and her understanding of global HR processes.
Throughout her career, Nicole Eigner has successfully filled positions across diverse industries and specialized in strategic HR consulting. Through her involvement in networking and her expertise in career counseling and outplacement, she supports both companies and candidates alike.
Since December 2025, she has strengthened the team at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH as a Managing Partner and supports companies in recruiting specialists and executives.
