Parvana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English Language and Literature from Baku Slavic University. Beginning her career in Azerbaijan in 2015, she worked for various companies across different sectors, gaining invaluable experience as an HR professional and Recruiter. Her journey then led her to Turkey, where she continued to hone her skills as a freelance recruiter, operating within a dynamic and diverse market. Now, residing in Germany, Parvana brings a wealth of experience to her current role.
