Biography
Perçin’s journey into training started at an early age. Growing up with a father who worked as a sales trainer, he was exposed to workshops, seminars, and learning environments long before he ever stepped into a training room himself.
At the age of seventeen, he facilitated his first training through the European Students Association. What began as a volunteer experience quickly developed into a professional career. Over the years, he has delivered training programs, workshops, and keynote speeches in more than 50 countries, working with participants from a wide range of industries and cultural backgrounds.
In recent years, Perçin has become particularly focused on Artificial Intelligence and the future of work. He helps professionals, entrepreneurs, and organizations understand how to integrate AI into their daily workflows, improve productivity, streamline processes, and adapt to rapidly changing business environments. Alongside AI, his expertise includes leadership, communication, project management, public speaking, and personal effectiveness.
Perçin is also the author of eight published books and a TED speaker. Through his speaking engagements, writing, and online content, he shares practical insights on AI, communication, leadership, personal growth, and professional development.
