Biography
After earning his medical degree from Hannover Medical School and completing his training as a state-certified pharmaceutical representative, René Lücke began his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry. Early on, he developed a keen sense for markets, people, and sustainable sales strategies.
Over the past 25 years, he has held leadership positions at international companies such as Eli Lilly and Company, AbbVie (Allergan), Enovis (formerly DJO Global), and ASSA ABLOY. As Managing Director and Sales Director, he was responsible for building and developing sales organizations, restructuring projects, business development, and international expansion in Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.
His industry expertise encompasses medical technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and the hospitality industry in particular. In addition, René Lücke worked for many years as an independent consultant, supporting companies with sales optimization, market launches, and executive development.
Today, René Lücke brings his extensive management and sales experience to ISG Personalmanagement. He supports companies in the areas of executive search, HR consulting, leadership assessment, coaching, change management, and strategic business development.
His work style is characterized by strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and a deep understanding of people and markets.
