Biography
Saïd Chebacheb is Managing Partner of ISG International Service Group Morocco. With more than 25 years of international executive and entrepreneurial experience, he has built a strong track record in HR consulting, recruitment, organizational transformation and operational leadership.
Before joining ISG, Saïd founded SC Consulting Morocco, where he supported companies in growth, restructuring and transformation phases. His work focuses on executive search, recruitment, HR structuring, talent acquisition strategy, organizational design, performance management, leadership development, employer branding and interim management.
He has also founded and developed several companies across modular construction, music production, events and business services, giving him a broad entrepreneurial perspective across different industries and markets.
His career includes also senior leadership and board member roles within international groups such as ADP, Teleperformance, Concentrix, CPL…., where he managed large multicultural teams, multi-billions profit centers and multi-country operations. This background gives him a strong understanding of people, performance and business impact.
As Managing Partner of ISG Morocco, Saïd’s mission is to develop ISG’s presence in the Moroccan market and support local and international clients with high-quality HR solutions, combining ISG’s European expertise with strong local market knowledge.
