Biography
Univ. dipl. soc. Simona Rakuša holds a degree in Sociology with a focus on Human Resources and is a certified psychosocial counselor. For nearly 20 years, she has worked at the intersection of HR, IT, and international collaboration.
Her career began in HR-IT consulting and continued in a leading Austrian industrial corporation, where she managed global, multicultural HR-IT projects. Today, she supports companies in recruiting specialists and executives – for both national and cross-border teams working across multiple locations.
Her core expertise lies in filling key roles in IT, HR-IT, and technical fields – including engineering positions across various industries. She brings in-depth experience in industrial automation and mechanical engineering. Additionally, she has a strong track record in recruiting high-level administrative professionals with advanced organizational responsibilities.
Fluent in English, German, Slovenian, and Croatian, she is well-acquainted with the markets in Austria, Slovenia, and the wider Southern European region. Her strength lies in understanding the needs of both companies and candidates – and guiding them through a structured process to achieve strong and lasting matches.
