Biography
Jens Siebrecht is a Managing Partner at ISG since April 2024. He advises clients primarily in the Berlin/Brandenburg region and across Germany, with a particular focus on the aerospace, security and defence sectors.
He supports medium-sized companies, corporate and institutional clients in the recruitment and placement of key management and leadership positions, in Executive Search / direct search assignments, as well as in selected areas of strategic workforce and talent management. In addition, he advises clients on interim and transition solutions for management and senior expert roles.
Jens Siebrecht brings more than 25 years of international management and leadership experience from industrial and state-related environments into his advisory work. Prior to becoming a Managing Partner, he held senior management and executive roles in the international aerospace industry and subsequently worked in a senior business development position in a governmental context. This background provides him with a deep understanding of decision-making processes at board, executive and institutional level, as well as of regulated and politically sensitive environments.
Clients value his integrity, his structured and realistic assessment of roles and leadership profiles, and his ability to align business, regulatory and cultural requirements in complex search assignments.
