With over 10 years of experience in management consulting, I support companies in strategic workforce decisions across Industry, IT, Telecommunications, Energy and KRITIS.
My strength lies in combining deep sector knowledge with a clear eye for people. I understand what matters in highly regulated and business-critical environments – both professionally and personally.
What drives me: I take the time to truly understand the “why” behind a company. Only then can I deliver assessments I personally stand behind.
Outside of work, I recharge through sport and travel – both shape my appreciation for different cultures and perspectives, which I bring directly into my work.
