Biography
T. Ödül Ceylan graduated from the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations at Dokuz Eylül University, İzmir, Türkiye, in 2003.
With over 20 years of experience in human resources management, organizational development, and change management, Ödül has held leadership roles in Human Resources throughout her career across national and international organizations operating in the retail, manufacturing, logistics, and maritime sectors.

As of July 2026, Ödül joined the ISG Türkiye team as Senior Consultant/Partner. Her work focuses on developing innovative solutions that support companies in achieving their strategic objectives.
